2010 Retention - Driver Appreciation Week

Help us Give Away a Garmin nuvi 265 WT
Vote for your favorite idea:
During Jet Delivery's 2010 driver appreciation week our newly formed retention team held a contest. The idea behind the contest was to find out from drivers, what they think we should be doing to better serve our customers. We will then take these ideas and work on implementing the best ones. Below are the responses we received from drivers April 19th thru April 23rd.

Help us pick a winner… Select the answer that you think is best in the following 3 questions. After you vote you will be shown who’s leading in votes. The driver that receives the most votes will win the Garmin nuvi 265WT GPS.

Voting ends this Friday June 4th 2010 at 12 Noon.

Congratulations! Alfred Davtyan

Question 1 - What can drivers do to increase customer retention?
It is important that drivers be clean shaved and always on time. Must always keep the equipment such as trucks vehicles clean. I think the first look increases the customer’s attention.

Question 2 - What do you do personally that you feel brings value to the customer?
I am always trying to be respectful to the customers. Never argue with them and trying to keep them happy. As much as I can being nice with then cause customers are always right.

Question 3 - What do you think sets Jet Delivery apart from other carriers?
I work with many other companies. Jet is one of the best companies in California. I feel like this is my second home. Everybody is nice friendly and respectful. One company that no matter the race and color are like brothers and sisters.
